A Jos renowned cleric sheik Sani Yahaya Jingir has called on the Plateau State governor Simon Lalong to made good of his campaign promises to the people.
Sheik Jingir made the call on his Friday sermon at the popular Yantaya mosque, calling the governor to ignore those who are advicing him wrongly and do the needful by fulfilling the promises he made especially to the people of Jos North.
The Sheik Pointed out the rehabilitation of roads as the major infrastructural development needed, the cleric also discribed governor Lalong as some one who is truthful, saying: ” you know you are my son and i am with a truthful person knowing you to be a truthful person, so I hope you will try and fulfil your promise because you are truthful”
Sheik Sani Yahaya also coutioned those who are trying to instigate the governor using religion to desist from doing so and allow the governor to perform his duties.
