A house of Representatives Member Chinyere Igwe was reportedly arrested by the police in the early hours of Friday morning in Porthatcourt.
The lawmaker was said to be in possession of five hundred thousand US dollars which he claimed was given to him by the PDP presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar to ensure victoey from his region.
Also in his possession was the list of names which were said to be thay of INEC officials as well as security personnel whom he intend to bribe in other to manipulate the election.
