Notorious kidnapping kingpin Chukwudumeme Onmuamadike, (Evans) has found himself in yet another fresh charges which has been filed by the Lagos state government.
Report from channels television said that the fresh charges against Evans include seven counts of conspiracy and the attempted kidnap of Vincent Obianodo, chairman of The Young Shall Grow Motors. Evans was also alleged to have murdered a policeman attached to Obianodo while in another four counts, he allegedly conspired with some others to kidnap one Sylvanus Hafia.
The fresh charges are said to have been filed at the Lagos High court where he would be arraigned on October 23.
