The immediate past American president Barack Obama has reportedly picked on a Nigerian artist known as Kehinde Wiley to paint his official presidential portrait. A smiths onions National gallery had announced. Wiley who is best known for his pieces showing African American in hip hop gears with referencing classic paintings.
Meanwhile, the former first lady Michelle Obama has picked Amy Sherald to pick her own portrait. The Obama’s pottrait will be unaided early unveiledearly 2018 where it would become an addition to the permanent collection of the national portrait.
