The impending baby will be Khloe’s first child ever. Thompson actually had the experience of being a parent as he welcomed a son named Prince Oliver with his ex-girlfriend Jordan Craig in December 2016.It is believed he left Craig for Kardashian.
Khloe and her ex-husband Lamar Odom have had difficulty trying to conceive during their four-plus years of marriage, with Khloe often mentioning that she might try IVF in order to get pregnant.
She is reportedly very excited.
“This is something Khloe has wanted for years and years and yet it’s more than that: she didn’t want it unless she was in the right relationship for it,” an insider tells People Magazine.
Source disclosed that she never let it happen with Lamar, intentionally, and she never considered it with James or French or anyone else she has seen. “But this is such a wonderful moment for her: not only is she going to be a mother, she is going to be raising a child with a man she truly loves.

She was quoted joking on the season 13 finale of Keeping Up with the Kardashians in June that her boyfriend would like to have enough kids to start his own basketball team.
“He wants to have, like, five or six kids with me, and that’s lovely,” she said of the Cleveland Cavaliers star on the episode.
“We could start at one and then grow from there. But now, knowing I’m not on birth control, it’s really scary. It’s like a really big step.”
