The Ugandan minister of state for health Sarah Opendi, has disguised herself in an Islamic attire (Niqaf) in other to check on the activities going on in Naguru hospital.
The minister who pretended on taking a Hipatitis B test , was asked by the medical personnel to give a bribe of shs 5000. Opendi had paid the amount unopposed but immediately ordered the police to arrest the two medical official who were involved in the act, since the medical facility at Naguru was supposed to be free.
