The Delta state police command has arrested two suspects of the Indigenous People of Biafra who were allegedly involved in the shooting and killing of 4 people in Asaba market.
The Delta state commissioner of police Zanna Ibrahim said the suspects – Abraham Ndudi, 24, from Kwale, and Okereke Ifeanyi, 21, from Kwale and Ogbaru in Delta and Anambra states – were arrested in their hiding place.
In a statement signed by the Delta state police command spokesperson Andrew Ania, He said they were trying to escape when some police officers apprehended them. Ibrahim also said the police is currently working with the arrested suspects to apprehend the third suspect simply identified as Last Burial.
