AIRFORCE OFFICER DIES IN A CRASH IN KADUNA. .

A board of inquiry has been directed by the Chief of the air staff, Sadiq Abubakar,  to determine the immediate and remote causes of a crash which ocured in Kaduna.

The Nigerian Air Force has commiserate with the families of the late instructor pilot, saying the unfortunate incident is a tragic reminder of the hazards associated with the flying profession. 

The Nigerian Air Force has crashed at the permanent site of the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) in Kaduna. According to a statement by the Nigerian Air Force (NAF), the aircraft, an Air Beetle, crashed in Kaduna on Thursday, August 24 during a mission. 

The pilots, died instantly as the result of the crash. However the cause of the crash is still unknown, the chief of the Air Staff (CAS), Sadiq Abubakar, has directed the constitution of a board of inquiry to determine the immediate and remote causes of the crash.
