A Facebook user Ali Aisamil Geidam, has shared this disturbing picture of a boy with a very strange ambilical code tumour on his Facebook page. According to Ali, they were in the boys neighbourhood administering immunisation when he noticed the boy, and he could not help but snap him and post on social media.
