In a statement, the forum praised the proactive response of Bauchi State Governor, Senator Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed, who directed the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Disaster Management to provide five days of selfless services and support to affected communities in Maiduguri.

The EDs Forum also acknowledged the positive response of public and private authorities, corporate bodies, and individuals in aiding flood victims across the country, with over 30 states affected
