President Bola Ahmed Tinubu may later today announced the reshuffle ment of his cabinet this week, authoritative sources close to the seat of power have revealed.
News Express reports that One of the sources who confided in the publication this Monday morning, September 23, 2024, disclosed that the cabinet reshuffle may be announced today.
“There’s going to be a likely cabinet reshuffle today,” the source said, disclosing that the President has already penciled down cabinet members to be relieved of their jobs and their replacements.
The source did not reveal the ministers to be affected by the looming shake-up but earlier media reports claimed that the Ministry of Petroleum Resources, Ministry of Power, Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Water Resources, Ministry of Environment and Ministry of Defense, among others, are likely to be affected.
