Police sergeant, Sunday Wadzani, sh0t his father de@d in Maiduguri, Borno State.
The suspect, who is said to be attached to the Borno State House of Assembly, allegedly committed the act on Sunday, July 21, behind the State Police Command headquarters in Maiduguri.
Daily trust reports that the suspect, Wadzani has been arrested and is currently in custody at GRA Police Station, a security source told.
“A police sergeant by the name Sgt. Sunday Wadzani serving in Borno state command today 21st July 2024 this evening at about 1620hrs shot his father Rtd. Asp Wadzani Ntasiri seven times after a minor feud at Maiduguri,” a document filed on the incident read.
