Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC on Thursday, June 27, 2024 arrested four suspected internet fraudsters in Abuja.
According to a statement shared on the EFCC X handles, the suspects were picked up in a pre-dawn operation in Karu axis of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja following credible intelligence on their alleged involvement in fraudulent internet activities.
Items recovered from them include a black-coloured Lexus AS 350 car with Abuja registration number: YAB115CE, ash-coloured Toyota Camry car with Abuja registration number: RSH 993 CV, mobile phones and laptops.
They will be charged to court upon the conclusion of investigation.
