Gen Z in Africa are leading the struggle for power accountability and good governance – Sen. Shehu Sani says

Former Kaduna State Senator, Shehu Sani said that the Gen Z in Africa are leading the struggle for power accountability and good governance.

According to Senator Sani, They have become a formidable resistance against corruption, rights violations, anti peoples policies and creeping dictatorships.

The senator in a post on his X handle further revealed that;

“They are not held back by the scars or lessons of history or the inhibitions of tribal,cultural or religious identities.They are the Alien generation,born angry,innocent and whose lives, Consciousness and conscience have been shaped by the age of Information Technology and the artificial intelligence.
Their only weakness is that they have no political articulation and clear goal for take over of power.

“They are not revolutionaries.They are unwavering protesters and dissenters who restrict their movements and placards to the gates of power.They are the energetic and agile Guardians and vigilantes of democracy.

“The anger of the Gen Zs will have to evolve beyond disruptions or will eventually dissolve,leaving everything fundamentally unchanged in the continent.
