Hajj 2024: Makkah Teams Ready to Receive Madinah Pilgrims

As the four days stay in Madinah comes to an end, the NAHCON team in Makkah Office are diligently working to receive Nigerian Pilgrims in Makkah.

 

NAHCON Liaison Officer, Ustaz Abubakar Lamin and ICT’s team headed by Shehu Raji, met with the Mu’assasah Companies’ staff in charge of Nigerian Pilgrims to harmonize the Saudi E-track system and the reality on ground. In this vein, NAHCON ICT has identified the various GPS of our Masha’er locations.

 

To this end, the Catering team led by Hafsat Gamawa have concluded the inspection of relevant kitchens that will serve the Pilgrims who are expected to arrive Makkah later today Sunday, to ensure the timely supply of food and that it meets the quality/quantity standards as contained in the agreement signed between the NAHCON and service providers as reiterated by Auwalu Haladu the team’s Secretary.

 

 

In the same vein, the Accommodation team headed by Abdulqadir Abubakar Oloyin, have also met with the services providers regarding their readiness to accommodate the in coming Pilgrims to their respective houses and warned that sanctions ranging from revocation or cancellation of contracts could be applied in case of breach of the agreement as highlighted by barrister Ada Fauziyah Adam.
