The Minister of works and Housing Dave Umahi tells an Arise news reporter to speak well as he was raised in the village and doesn’t understand Phonetics.
Arise News Correspondent, Laila Johnson-Salami @lailajohnsonsalami had questioned Senator David Umahi about the Lagos-Calabar Highway Project’s environmental impact assessment.
She asks whether the project has received final approval from the Federal Ministry of Environment or if an exemption has been granted which she wished he shares with journalists and the general public.
In his response, the minister said it is the federal government that gives approval and that they have everything in their possession which he promised to share.
