Salis Gamawa emerges Spokesperson of Nigerian Forum commissioners for youth, Sports

The Bauchi State Commissioner for Youth and Sports Development, Mr Muhammad Salis has emerged as the Spokesperson of the Nigerian Forum of Commissioners, Ministry of Youth and Sports Development in the country.

This was contained in a statement signed by the Spokesperson of the forum, Muhammad Salis Gamawa, issued at the end of their meeting on Thursday in Abuja and made available to Journalists on Friday.

The statement said Gamawa was appointed as the Spokesperson of the Nigerian Forum and as well unanimously elected as the Chairman of the Northern Commissioners Forum.

It explained that the Nigerian Forum of Honourable Commissioners, Ministry of Youth and Sports Development, representing all 36 states of Nigeria, convened in Abuja for its annual gathering. During the meeting,

“Salis Gamawa distinguished himself with his exemplary leadership qualities and unwavering commitment to youth and sports development.

“Gamawa’s election as Chairman of the Northern Commissioners Forum is a testament to his dedication and vision for advancing youth and sports initiatives in the Northern region.

“His vast experience and proven track record in the field make him well-suited to lead the forum and drive positive change in the region,” it said

The forum further said Gamawa’s appointment as Spokesperson of the Nigerian Forum of Honourable Commissioners underscores his ability to effectively communicate and advocate for the collective interests of commissioners from across the country.

“His role as Spokesperson will ensure that the voices of commissioners are heard and their concerns addressed at the national level.

“In his new capacities,Salis Gamawa is poised to make significant contributions towards fostering collaboration, innovation, and excellence in youth and sports development across Nigeria,” the forum said.
