Deputy Inspector General of Police and former Force Public Relations Officer, Frank Mba, has expressed his admiration for Borno State Governor, Professor Babagana Umara Zulum.
DIG Mba made this known when he received a copy of “4th Verdict”, a 270-page compendium containing published news reports and analyses, features, columns, commentaries, discourses and selected speeches” compiled during the fourth year of Governor Zulum.
The compendium also contains on page 199, “The Complete Tenure Report”, detailing all the projects, programmes and policies which the governor carried out during his first term from May 29, 2019 to May 29, 2023.
Governor Zulum’s senior special assistant on New Media, Abdurrahman Ahmed Bundi, alongside social media associates from Borno Social Media Frontiers (BSF) and Borno Community Watch (BCW) presented the compendium to DIG Mba at the police headquarters in Abuja.
They also presented to Mba, another publication titled “PZ REVIEW containing photos of over 700 capital projects delivered by Zulum in his first term.
“I must confess that I am a fan of Governor Zulum. He has done a lot in Borno State, and I must commend him for that”, Mba declared.
Bundi and his colleagues were in Abuja for a 3-day workshop with the theme: “CITIZEN ENGAGEMENT & E-GOVERNMENT: SOCIAL MEDIA TOOL FOR EFFECTIVE GOVERNANCE, organized by the Nigerian Institute of Social Media Analysts which took place at the Nigerian Police School of Public Relations from August 29 to 31, 2023, at the force headquarters.
