The Deputy Coordinator Makkah Office Operations Mr. Alidu Shutti accompanied by the Company of Mutawwif Liason Officer Dr. Aliyu Tanko, Saudi Liason Officer Ustaz Lamin Abubakar and Media Team concluded the visitations to familiarize and get all necessary updates with regards to the state of preparedness of the entire 1 to 18 Field Offices to serve the Nigerian Pilgrims ahead of the commencement of the Rituals at the Holy Sites next week.
During the oversight visitations by NAHCON officials to the fields offices, issues are raised and critically digested to conclusions for the Pilgrims’ interests. The NAHCON officials will raised all observations and likewise the Mutawwif Services providers till mutually agreed to let Guests of Allah have value for their payments.
Muhammad Ahmad Musa who is the Principal Information officer at the NAHCON Operations office stated that, Matters arising from tent facilities includes the cooling systems, beddings, toiletries, cleanliness/sanitations, feeding are generally discussed mutually with focus to improving the delivery of these services to the Pilgrims in order to let them enjoy a serene environment to perform their rituals.
