Another batch of FCT Pilgrims being screened to be airlifted to Madina – Photos/Video

Another set of Pilgrims of the Federal Capital Territory FCT are being screened at the Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport Abuja for onward journey to the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

 

Alhaji Abubakar Adamu Evuti the FCT Director Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board In a brief interview with ROTV24 said that so  far so good the airlift has been good.

 

 

According to the Director, FCT was allocated 4411 slots and as at yesterday 2082 pilgrims have been airlifted with another 476 and officials to be airlifted today.

 

 

 

 

Alhaji Adamu further revealed that Airpeace which was the original aircrft allocated to the FCT has developed problems but NAHCON in a swift rescue mission has allocated Aero Air as a  rescued airplane while which has airlifted some number of pilgrims yesterday and is about to do so today while awaiting Airpeace to fix its problems.
