MACBAN reiterates its support to Gov. Mohammed in Bauchi

The Chairman, Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria (MACBAN) in Bauchi State,Alhaji Saddique Ibrahim has reiterated their total support to Gov. Bala Mohammed.

 

 

Ibrahim made the pledge while addressing his members shortly after his return from Germany, where he went for treatment in Bauchi.

 

The chairman said that MACBAN was highly elated with the return of Gov. Mohammed as the governor of Bauchi state.

 

 

“We are highly loyal to the Mohammed administration and we will not relent to key in and support whatever decisions it takes towards ensuring the administration succeeds.

 

“We are committed towards ensuring that the government policies and directives are carried out to the letter by our members,” he said.

 

“Therefore MACBAN pledged to ensure that it mobilises all members to rally round the administration for the betterment of the citizens of the state,” Ibrahim said.

 

He insisted that MACBAN was also a acritical stakeholder in the present administration of Bala Mohammed.

“The governor also pledged to involve our members in the system and also provide a conducive atmosphere for our members to go about their normal businesses.

“As cattle breeders, we only ask for a secure environment to do our grazing business,” he said.

Ibrahim said cattle rearers were always ready to support their host communities and the citizens in any capacity.

“We are willing to assist the government to make life meaningful for everyone and to sustain the already peaceful co-existence in the state,” he said.

Ibrahim, however, lamented how some communities and government agencies were discriminating against their members, thereby denying them the environment to operate their legitimate.
