The Delta State Police Command has arrested three suspects in connection with the murder of Chief Sylvester Efeurhobo, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress in Agbarho, the Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta State.
According to reports, the deceased was reportedly shot by his assailants in his residence at Agbarho on Sunday, April 9.
The state Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Bright Edafe, confirmed the killing and the arrest of the suspects on Tuesday, April 11.
The deceased was said to be the chairman of an APC support group in the locality known as the Achievers Group in Agbarho. He was described as “a dedicated party faithful, a brother and father, generous to the bone.”
