Wife of the president Aisha Buhari has revealed that she recieved the delegation of the African Union yesterday in the state house.
In a post on her verified social media handles, the Nigerian first lady said that the visit was to hold a bilateral discussions with African first ladies.,

“Yesterday I received a delegation from the Chairperson of the African Union Commission, H.E. Moussa Faki Mahamat.
” They came to hold bilateral discussions with the African First Ladies Peace Mission as part of the mandate of the Commission on Political Affairs, Peace and Security. The team was led by His Excellency Ambassador Bankole Adeoye, The Commissioner Political Affairs, Peace and Security.
“Discussions centered on the involvement of women in peace building and conflict prevention. During the visit, the team made out time to inspect the Headquarters of the AFLPM currently at 90% completion.
