The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC has revealed the postponement of the scheduled Saturday 11th general elections.
According to reports the Governorship and State Houses of Assembly elections will now hold on Saturday March 18.
The development followed the recent court judgement that granted INEC right to configure the BIVAS to suit the Governorship and house of assembly elections earlier scheduled for this Saturday, March 11th.
The commission according to a source from INEC Office in Ondo State regrets any inconvenience the latest development will cost the electorate and Nigerians at large.
