The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria NAHCON has lost one of its commissioner Alhaji Umar Garba who represents the North West region.
His death was announced by the commission and stated that he died in the early hours of today Sunday 15th January.
The announcement as conveyed by the commission reads:
“InnalillaHi wa inna ilaiHi raji’un! This is to inform the death of NAHCON’s North West Commissioner in person of Alhaji Umar Garba, who passed away at the early hours of today….May his gentle soul rest in perfect peace. Oh Allah give his family the fortitude to bear the great loss and grant us Your Forgiveness and Mercy when our death comes!
