The Federal High Court in Abuja has dismissed a suit against the All Progressives Congress APCs presidential candidate which was filed by the People Democratic Perty PDP seeking for his disqualification as a presidential candidate.
This information was contained in a tweet by Ahmed Bashir, Social Media aide to president Buhari where he wrote:
“A Federal High Court in Abuja has dismissed a suit filed by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) seeking the disqualification of Bola Tinubu, the presidential candidate of our great party, the All Progressives Congress (APC), and one other presidential candidate”.
