Nigerias Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo, has officially declared his intention for the 2023 presidential race after months of speculation.
Osinbanjo in a tweet on Monday said; “I am today, with utmost humility formally declaring my intention to run for the office of the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria on the platform of APC”.
The vice president will now battle APC Leader Bola Ahmed Tinubu who is not just from the south-south, but a former boss to Osibanjo.
