Senator Emmanuel Bwacha of the Taraba Southern senatorial zone has dumped his former party the People Democratic Party PDP, to the All Progressive Congress APC.
ROTV24 gathered that Bwalcha was welcomed into the party by president Muhammadu Buhari in the statehouse on Thursday 3rd February 2022.
A post by the media aide to president Bashir Ahmad confirmed that Bwacha has now joined the rolling party. He wrote;
” The Senate Deputy Minority Leader, Senator Emmanuel Bwacha has dumped the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for the governing party, the All Progressives Congress (APC). The President has welcomed him this afternoon in Abuja”.
