A Ghanaian US based doctor practising in the United States of America, Dr. Ansah Addo is being celebrated and was named hero of the day after he delivered a baby on a flight en route to the US from Ghana.
The baby, was supposed to be due in February 2022 opted to be delivered aboard the United Airline Flight UA 977 on Sunday, January 30, 2022
According to reports, One of the cabin crew members was a nurse and assisted with the safe delivery of the baby.
Meanwhile, Upon arrival, the mother and baby were received by medical personnel at the Washington Dulles International Airport, who provide more assured care for the mother and the baby.
