Former Aviation minister during the Goodluck Jonathan regime, Femi Fani-Kayode, has shared a video of soldiers in Zamfara state complaining bitterly about their poor living conditions.
The soldiers who accused one of their captains of sending them out of an empty hall where they were living to an open field said the open field exposes them to been bitten by reptiles who are many in the area.
