Former Governor of Imo State and now a serving senator Rochas Okorocha has shared his experience at the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) while in their Custody.
Recalled that there were reports that the former Imo state Governor was arrested by the men of the commission, the commission also confirmed the arrest even though they didn’t state why he was taken.
Okoro took to Instagram and shared a photo with some of his team where he stated that he has briefed them on what transpired while he was at the commission’s custody.
Okorocha wrote;
“Sharing my experience at the EFCC with my team. I had the opportunity to inspect the facilities there. I dare to say that they are of international standard. Even the cell, I also commend the staff for their professionalism in the discharge of their duties. However, there is the need to ensure that the welfare of the staff is improved so that they don’t look outside”.
