Former aviation minister chief Femi Fani Kayode jas caution those who are calling for Bishop Kukah to apologise or leave Sokoto state to desist from doing so As the cleric never attacked Islam.
FFK who posted on his Twitter handle wrote;
“Bishop Hassan Kukah did not attack Islam and has nothing to apologise about. He has always been sought for religious tolerance and peaceful co-existence between Christianity and Muslims. Those that feel ” He must apologize” or “leave Sokoto” must mind their utterances and keep the peace.
A group known as The Muslim Solidarity Forum had earlier called on the Catholic Archbishop to apologize to Muslims or leave the Caliphate on the Christmas day controversial sermons.
They stated that the attack was an indirect one on the Muslims.
