The Kaduna state government has finally announced the new emir to the throne of Zazzau emirate.
Alhaji Ahmed Nuhu Bamalli has now emerged as the 19th Emir of the Zaria emirate after the death of Dr. Idris Shehu about three weeks ago.
The governor of Kaduna state Nasiru AEl-Rufai made the announcement on his twitter handle where he wrote.
“The Kaduna state government has announced the appointment of Alhaji Ahmed Nubu Bamalli as the 19th Emir of Zazzau. He succeeds HRH Alh. (DR.) Shehu Idris who died on Sunday, 20th September 2020, after reigning for 45 years”.
