The Kaduna state Governor Mallam Nasiru El-Rufai has send a special condolence message to the family of the late emir of Zazzau, Dr Shehu Idris who died on Sunday 20th September after a brief illness.
In a message on social media handle of the Kaduna state government, Gov. El-Rufai has offer3d his condolences to both the immediate family of the late monarch as well as the entire people of the Zazzau Emirate.
He wrote;
KADUNA UPDATE: The Kaduna State Government has announced with sadness the passage of HRH Dr. Shehu Idris CFR, the Emir of Zazzau, who died in the hospital today.
Malam Nasir El-Rufai has sent his condolence to the family of the late Emir and the people of Zazzau Emirate.
Similarly, the governor had earlier alongside other government dignitaries attended the funeral ceremony of the monarch, also, thousand of mourners has defiled tue #COVID-19 Protocols to pay their last respect to the late royal father.
