Three people were reportedly kidnapped on Monday August 31, by kidnappers who mounted a road block along Falgore Forest in Doguwa Local Government Area of Kano State.
Daily Nigerian reported that an eyewitness, Ado Musa told Freedom Radio that the incident which happened around 7am left many commuters injured including the Hisbah commander of the local government, Mukhtar Abdulmumin.
The spokesperson of the Kano state police command, Abdullahi Kiyawa confirmed the incident and also disclosed that the police have begun an investigation into the incident.
