The NCDC Nigeria has recorded 653 new cases of COVID-19 on Saturday, bringing total infections reported to 36,107.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control stated this via its Twitter handle, noting that 14,938 patients have been discharged upon treatment and recovery from 35 states and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
It added that 778 associated fatalities have been reported so far.
