Reports from TMZ has indicated that kim and Kanye West youngest son Saint West, was hospitalized last week with a bad case of pneumonia …
According to Sources the 2-year-old was brought to an L.A. area hospital Thursday with pneumonia, and that his parents were with him while he remained hospitalized, sharing overnight duties.
Saint was later released on saturday,  he has been discharged and is said to be doing well at home.
