UNICEF school bags meant for IDPS have been traced in Kano.

Anty Graft Agency has recovered the UNICEF supposed school bags which was meant for children in the IDPs, the bags are said to be sold in Kano state instead of being distributed to Internally Displaced Persons, IDPs, in Boko Haram ravaged states of Borno, Yobe and Adamawa as supposed. 
However on Tuesday 31st October, Kano Public Complaint and Anti-Corruption Agency, recovered hundreds of the bags including mosquito nets at the Wambai Market in Kano, and they were reportedly being sold at N1,200 each where as they were purchased at the sum of N600
The Head of Operation of the agency, CSP Suleiman Aliyu Gusau, said that the agency has intensified investigation to unravel those behind the diversion of the materials as one of the sellers disclosed that they mostly receive the supply from someone in Maiduguri.
