Lokoja chief magistrate 1 and 11 had on Wednesday granted bail to about 67 suspect with two juveniles for attempted Rubery and kidnapping. 65 of the suspects has allegedly spend a week in federal prisons Katon Karfe and okene with the exception of the juveniles
According to thepresiding chief Magistrate Levi Animoku, the accused had undertaken to comply with the bail conditions. 3 of the accused were charged with 3 count charges ranging from,criminal conspiracy, attempt to commit armed robbery and kidnapping which is contrary to section 97 (3) of Kogi kidnapping and other related prohibition laws.
