The Federal High Court in Abuja on Wednesday granted an order filed by the Attorney-General of the Federation (AGF), Abubakar Malami, declaring the activities of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) as “acts of terrorism and illegality.”
The approval of the AGF’s motion came after the Nigerian military backtracked from their earlier declaration of IPOB as a terrorist group. IPOB a terrorist organization.
