As the Muslim Ummah celebrate the Eid el-Kabir, the Minister of Defence, Christopher Gwabin Musa  extends  felicitations to all Muslim faithful  across the nation and members of the Armed Forces of Nigeria.

A statement by the Special Assistant to the Minister on Media, Leah Katung Babatunde quote the Minister as saying that Eid el-Kabir symbolises supreme sacrifice, unalloyed faith, and total obedience to the divine will. He urges all Nigerians to imbibe these profound values, reflecting on how collective sacrifice and devotion can further strengthen the fabric of our national unity.

He also  commends the bravery, resilience, and patriotism of the officers and men of the Armed Forces of Nigeria and praises their tireless efforts in safeguarding the nation’s territorial integrity and battling criminality across various theatres of operation.
