?The Minister of Police Affairs, Senator Ibrahim Gaidam, has received the newly appointed Commandant of the Nigeria Police Academy, Wudil, AIG Auwal Musa, alongside the retired former Commandant, DIG Sadiq Abubakar.

?During the meeting, discussions centered on strengthening police training, professional development, discipline, leadership, and overall institutional capacity.

?Senator Gaidam congratulated AIG Auwal Musa on his appointment, expressing strong confidence in his wealth of experience and leadership capacity to further reposition the Academy into a premier center of excellence for policing education.

?The Minister also commended DIG Sadiq Abubakar for his notable contributions to the institution and his broader service to the development of policing in Nigeria. He assured the incoming Commandant of the Ministry's unalloyed support and goodwill in advancing the Academy's mandate and sustaining its reputation.
