Adamawa State Government, under the leadership of Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, has trained youths and women in different skills acquisition across the state.
The State Commissioner of Entrepreneurship, Hon. Hammajumba Gatugel disclosed this in an interview with newsmen in Yola, the state capital.
He said Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri since he created the ministry in 2019, the ministry of entrepreneurship has trained over seventy percent of youths and women with various skills acquisition across the state.
Hon. Gatugel explained that recently, the governor distributed over fifty thousand naira each to women who benefited from the Fintiri Business Wallet program to start a Business across the state.
He stressed that Governor Fintiri also distributed Buses to ease transportation within the state and reduce economic hardship among the communities across the state.
However, the Commissioner called on the people of Adamawa state, especially youth and women to give maximum support to Governor Ahmadu Fintiri’s Administration to enable it to succeed.
He commended the Governor for providing developmental projects across the twenty-one local government areas of the state.
Additionally, Hon. Hammajumba Gatugel thanked Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri for his developmental stride in areas such as the construction of roads, schools, markets, hospitals, energy, security, education, agriculture, and health among others.
