Nigeria’s former INEC Chairman, and ex-Vice Chancellor, Bayero University, Kano, Prof. Muhammad Attahiru Jega has lost his aged mother Hajiya Hauwa Jega.
According to reports, the late Hajiya Hauwa died on Friday in Abuja, after a brief illness, she was said to be in her mid 90s.
A source revealed that she would be buried today, Saturday and that her funeral prayer is scheduled for 1:30 pm at the National Mosque in Abuja.
