Former president Muhammadu Buhari was in Katsina state yesterday to witness the passing out parade of the Katsina Community Watch Corps.
Buhari was received by Governor Dikko Radda Mai Mala Buni of Yobe State, Dauda Lawal Dare of Zamfara, Abba Kabir Yusuf of Kano, Ahmed Aliyu of Sokoto, and Nasir Idris of Kebbi State.
