A group under the umbrella of Arewa Youth Awareness on Leadership and Election in Bauchi has Lauded and congratulated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on his victory at the Presidential Election Petitions tribunal which was upheld Wednesday 6 September 2023.
Our correspondent reports that the presidential election was held February 25, 2023 and Tinubu was declared winner by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
The Chairman of group Mr Khamis Musa Darazo made the commendation in a statement made available to Journalists on Sunday in Bauchi.
He described the judgment as just and fair, saying that it was passed in the best interest of Nigerians and the country’s democracy.
He said that the judiciary has once again proven to be the hope of the common man.
“Appealing to the presidential candidates of the People’s Democratic Party Atiku Abubakar and that of Labour Party Peter Obi to join forces with the Tinubu-led administration in delivering good governance to Nigerians.
“Congratulations on your resounding victory in the tribunal case against Presidential Candidates.
” As a loyal citizen and supporter of your vision for our nation, I am overjoyed by this victory.
“I want to remind you of my promise to rename my daughter, Hauwa, in memory of your mother, Abidatuh, i reiterate my commitment to fulfill that promise”
According to him, Your triumph at the Presidential Petition tribunal is a testament of your determination and the restoration of the hope of millions of Nigerians.
