A police officer has been captured on camera repeatedly slapping a man, the officer who first used a stick to flog the man however, the man held on to the stick and he in turn uses his hand to hit the man on his face.
The man who seems to have a woman with him later walked to his car while being accompanied by the police officer and his colleague while the woman took the wheels..
There was no details of what had transpired between them or what the mans offence was.
