Wase mourns Lagos lawmaker who died in Jos, Hon. Olawale

 

 

 

The Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Ahmed Idris Wase, has expressed shock and sadness over the death of Hon. Abdulsobur Olayiwola Olawale, a member of the Lagos State House of Assembly, who slumped and died on Tuesday while attending the APC Presidential Campaign flag-off in Jos.

 

The Deputy Speaker, who served as chairman of the Local Organizing Committee (LOC) of the successful APC Presidential Campaign flag off in Jos, described Hon. Olawale as a patrotic  Nigerian who served his  country to the best of his abilities.

 

 

In a condolence message by his Chief Press Secretary, Umar Muhammad Puma, Wase said the sudden death of Hon. Olawale is a great loss not only to his immediate family, but also to the country.

 

 

Hon. Abdulsobur Olayiwola Olawale was until his death, the chairman of the committee on Local Government in the Lagos State House of Assembly,

 

 

The Deputy Speaker condoled with the people and government of Lagos State and the entire members of the Lagos State House of Assembly over the great loss, while praying to Almighty Allah to grant him Aljannatil Firdaus.

 

 

The Deputy Speaker commended President Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR the members of the National Working Committee, the Director General of the APC Presidential Campaign Council,  Simon Bako Lalong, and the party supporters for their massive turnout at the rally in support of the party’s Presidential candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his runing mate, Kashim Shetima
