Wase promised to support the Jos University Teaching Hospital to enhance service delivery, says the hospital is known for professionalism

 

 

The Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon Ahmed Idris Wase, said he would continue to support the Jos University Teaching Hospital (JUTH), in order to boost quality health care delivery to the people.

 

 

The Deputy Speaker made the pledge when the newly appointed Chief Medical Director (CMD) of the hospital, Dr. Pokop Bugwatda paid him a thank you visit in his residence in Abuja on Thursday.

 

He assured the newly appointed CMD of his unflinching support towards improving the condition of the health facilities  in the teaching  hospital.

 

 

He charged him to strive hard to improve  the high standard of the hospital and also justify the confidence reposed in him by President Muhammadu Buhari.

 

 

“Jos University Teaching Hospital JUTH is known for professionalism, I urged you to ensure that the hospital continues to provide quality healthcare and leave your mark of progress on the institution”.

 

 

Earlier in his remarks,  the new Chief Medical Director, Dr. Pokop Bugwatda  expressed his appreciation to the Deputy Speaker for the role he played in his emergance as the new CMD, and pledged to work with  all stakeholders to improve the condition of the hospital.
