Rivers state Govnor Nyesom Wike has honour a student living with disability, James E. Daniel, with N50 Million and automatic lecturing appointment in Rivers State University after he bagged Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree.
Govenor Wike made the announcement during the 33rd convocation ceremony of the Rivers State University, Port Harcourt.
Wike said the honour on Dr. Daniel is a recognition of his academic excellence and for being a source of inspiration to persons living with disabilities.
